I hate writing these “about me” blurbs. I never know what to say.
My name is Christina. I was born and raised in Marina, a very very VERY small city just north of Monterey, CA. The population while I was growing up I doubt ever reached 20,000.
Currently I live in San Francisco with my (unofficial) husband and (very official) two young children. Dillon, born October 2002 and Alexandra, born April 2005.

Family Photo Xmas 2007
Since my son was born, mothering became my top priorty, which meant I had to give up the “old ways”: smoking, drinking, gambling, pool-hall-hopping
To replace those activities I took up a few different hobbies: photography, scrapbooking and rubber stamping. I took up stamping as an extension of scrapbooking, but I think what I enjoy most is seeing my photographs laid onto scrapbook pages that I create. I’ve recently decided to graduate from “shooting as many photos as I can” to actually taking the time to take quality photos. Which means spending the money on better equipment. *sigh*

As my kids get older and I have more time to spend on and by myself, I hope to re-discover who I am…and hopefully I’m not as boring as I seem…

Did not know you were from Marina. Our office has been doing a lot of work there, so I frequent the area often. SheryAnne and I go to Monterey often to go bike riding and to just plain hang out. One of our favorite spots!

Lol, I totally don’t talk about it, because it seems so “small town”. Marvin thinks I have no streets smarts because I come from such a safe place. Please. I create my own danger
What kind of work does your office do down there?

we actually started work on the barracks – but with the downturn in the economy, the project was halted. our office does the engineering design for housing developments. the barracks right off the freeway were supposed to eventually be demolished – to be replaced by “expensive” housing…beachfront after all
